Rhox, a major Belgian financial institution, seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Cards to translate business needs into IT requirements, drive changes in card products and processes, and ensure alignment with the cards strategy.

You’ll collaborate across stakeholders, a delivery squad, and IT, document requirements and acceptance criteria, oversee BAT testing, and track gaps to ensure the delivered solution achieves the intended business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
• Ability to map business needs to IT requirements and changes.
• Knowledge of the Belgian cards market and players.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Analyse issues, processes, and business opportunities to improve card products and services.
• Evaluate change requests and define the business scope, target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces.
• Compare solution options with the squad and assess impact on cards products, processes, technology, and architecture.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and acceptance criteria for IT delivery teams.
• Align business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and senior management by explaining complex topics and supporting decisions.
• Validate delivered changes through BAT and follow up on quality, gaps, and agreed outcomes.
