mc2i in Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology in the banking sector. You will oversee complex financial ecosystems, focusing on transaction management, card processing, and payment systems.

As a key liaison, you will transform requirements into scalable, high-performance processes and collaborate with IT development teams and QA to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst in Banking or FinTech.
• Solid track record in Payment Systems (SEPA, Swift, etc.), Card Management (Issuing/Acquiring), and Transaction Monitoring.
• Advanced mastery of BPMN and process modeling tools (Signavio, Visio, ARIS).
• Fluency in French or professional command of English and Dutch.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and document end-to-end business processes using BPMN standards.
• Lead workshops to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for payment and card management systems.
• Oversee transaction lifecycle, ensure banking regulations and security standards are met.
• Perform gap analyses to define As-Is and To-Be states.
• Collaborate with IT development teams and QA to align solutions with business objectives.
