ATS4IT, based in Brussels, seeks a Senior BI & Data Transformation Expert to modernize banking data ecosystems with a Power BI-centric approach. You will guide teams through complex transitions, design enterprise-scale analytics, and ensure governance and data quality across platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/Data Engineering, strong SQL, and data modeling skills, with experience in Power BI, DAX, and dataflows. Hybrid work in Brussels is offered along with competitive benefits.

About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior BI & Data Transformation Expert to support a major banking transformation initiative. You will play a strategic role in modernizing legacy ETL and reporting ecosystems, driving the adoption of Power BI-centric architectures, and guiding teams through complex technical transitions. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Power BI with proven experience in the banking sector.
