Job summary

Elia Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end Procure‑to‑Pay initiatives. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements, align stakeholders, and support product and delivery teams across procurement, finance, treasury and controlling domains.

You will model processes and information flows, write user stories with acceptance criteria, facilitate workshops, and help ensure solutions are value‑driven.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Familiar with end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes and interaction with business departments.
• Ability to structure complex topics and communicate clearly.
• Fluency in English with Dutch/French/German at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into operational needs and requirements.
• Model processes, information flows and dependencies across products.
• Develop user stories including acceptance criteria and support QA.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement and cross-product Elia domain initiatives.
