Job summary

EY in Belgium seeks Business Analysts / Functional Analysts to shape financial services transformations. You will leverage your business and functional analysis expertise, working with agile teams on core banking, risk, and regulatory topics.

These roles target senior consultant and manager levels, requiring 1–6 years in consulting or financial services, with strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and BPMN/UML knowledge. Fluency in local languages and business English is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–6 years of professional experience in consulting or financial services.
Background in business/functional analysis for financial services projects.
Knowledge of BPMN, UML, and agile tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze AS-IS processes and identify gaps aligned with target architecture and objectives.
Elicit requirements through workshops with stakeholders.
Define functional specifications and TO-BE processes using BPMN/UML.
Bridge business and IT teams to align on requirements.
Support testing with use cases and validation of solutions.
Assist with change management and user adoption strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and methodologies.
