Job summary

EY in Belgium is seeking a Functional Stream Lead with a strong background in business analysis, BPMN, and APIs to drive core banking transformations. You will dissect complex workflows, define requirements, and lead functional workstreams to deliver high-impact solutions for financial services clients.

With 5+ years of experience in business analysis within banking, you will guide teams, communicate with stakeholders, and shape practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in banking/financial services.
• Proficiency in BPMN and API-centered solutions in a banking context.
• Strong leadership with experience guiding functional workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and process design for core banking transformation projects.
• Drive process optimizations and document business flows using BPMN.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors for API integrations.
• Gather and define requirements, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Oversee the quality of functional deliverables from requirements to UAT.
• Provide guidance to business analysts and project team members.
