Job summary

Savencia is seeking a motivated Junior Business Controller for the Benelux region. You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting, support budgeting and long-term planning, and help optimise management control tools.

In this role, you will participate in monthly closings, assist in consolidation and reporting, and develop dashboards to improve financial insights. Strong Excel, English, and BI tool knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration.
• 2–3 years in Controlling/FP&A/Finance/Audit.
• Advanced Excel skills; English proficiency; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closing processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Contribute to consolidation and preparation of reports for the entity and Paris head office.
• Carry out variance analyses and comment on results; support budget and long-term planning.
• Develop dashboards and streamline internal procedures using BI tools.
