BESIX Group in Belgium & Luxembourg seeks a Senior Cost Controller to strengthen the Finance team. You will manage monthly cost control and reporting for projects, primarily in the Ghent area with time at Brussels HQ.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance, identifying risks, validating data with project managers, and delivering timely financial insights. Fluent Dutch and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or a related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years in cost control, project controlling, audit, finance, or similar analytical roles (required).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly cost control and reporting for assigned projects.
• Analyze project performance, identify risks/opportunities, challenge assumptions.
• Validate cost control data with Project Managers and operations.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information and reports.
• Provide timely financial insights and performance analyses to stakeholders.
• Act as business partner for project teams and communicate data clearly.
• Contribute to process improvements in cost control and reporting tools.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to management.
