Labcorp seeks an onsite Senior Prevention Advisor, Biosafety Officer for its new CMC facility in Mechelen, Belgium. The role leads EHS governance, biosafety containment, and laboratory risk controls, ensuring compliance with CLP/REACH and Belgian regulations.

You will coordinate risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory interactions while developing SOPs, KPIs, and training programs for a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Belgian Level 2 Internal Prevention Advisor qualification is required.
• 2+ years in EHS with safety program development.
• 2+ years in biological safety for labs/bioproduction (risk assessment, containment CL2/CL3).
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHS governance and culture at the Mechelen site.
• Coordinate biosafety activities, containment, training, and inspections.
• Oversee risk controls for laboratory and production areas.
• Manage environmental permitting and waste streams.
• Support audits and regulatory visits.
• Deliver EHS training and SOP development.
