CellCarta Biosciences Inc. in Antwerp seeks a Senior Manager, Facilities & EHS to lead facilities operations and safety programs at the Antwerp site. You will ensure a compliant, safe, and efficient lab environment, manage building systems, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires leadership, 3+ years in facilities/EHS, and strong knowledge of Dutch and English. This permanent, onsite position offers a dynamic environment within a global biotech setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operations.
• Level 1 Prevention Advisor diploma, preferably with 3 years of laboratory experience.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Working knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain good documentation.
• Experience with drawing software such as AutoCAD 2D is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities management to keep operations compliant and safe.
• Lead EHS programs and ensure ISO 15189:2012 & CAP compliance.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for facility systems and services.
• Manage business continuity planning and KPI follow-up.
• Directly supervise facilities staff and external contractors.
