Job summary

Milla Pharmaceuticals Inc., an A.forall Company, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager/Senior Manager of Business Development & Portfolio Management to drive long-term growth of the pharmaceutical pipeline in the US.

You will identify growth opportunities, lead due diligence, and conduct asset valuations, sitting at the intersection of science and finance to maximize therapeutic impact and commercial return while expanding the US organization’s commercial infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years in pharma/biotech with BD, investment banking, or portfolio strategy experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling and proficiency with IQVIA, Cortellis, GlobalData, and EvaluatePharma and FDA data sources.
• Ability to synthesize commercial, scientific, and financial inputs into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing of external pipeline opportunities aligned with core therapeutic areas.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence across R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets and CDAs for in-licensing and collaborations.
• Support alliances and ensure smooth transitions of partnerships.
• Identify internal development candidates aligned with profitability thresholds.
