Milla Pharmaceuticals Inc., an A.forall Company, is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager of Business Development & Portfolio Management. You will drive the long-term growth of our US pipeline by identifying strategic opportunities and leading due diligence to maximize commercial return.

You will sit at the intersection of science and finance, evaluating internal R&D priorities and external licensing or M&A opportunities, contributing to the US organization’s commercial growth and portfolio

Qualifications

• Role requires a strong background in BD and portfolio strategy.
• Experience in due diligence and deal execution.
• Ability to model valuations and scenarios.
• Ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing external pipeline opportunities aligned with therapeutic areas.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence across R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Operations.
• Draft term sheets and agreements for in-licensing, out-licensing, and collaborations.
• Support alliance management for partnerships.
• Identify internal development candidates aligned with profitability.
• Build NPV and risk-adjusted financial models.
• Monitor market trends to inform project prioritization.
• Create investor-style presentations for leadership.
