Referment is partnering with a growing European technology company to hire an experienced Software Engineer with a strong backend and infrastructure background. You’ll join an established product and engineering team building a business-critical software platform used to manage complex data and operational workflows.

This backend-focused role involves designing and building robust services and APIs, developing complex data models, and implementing integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience with a backend focus.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience designing production APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Responsabilités

• Designing and building robust backend services and APIs.
• Developing complex relational data models and transactional workflows.
• Building integrations with external and third-party systems.
• Developing reliable asynchronous processes and queues and data synchronization.
• Working with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code.
• Taking ownership of technical projects from design through to production.
• Collaborating with Product and other engineers to define solutions.
