ITproposal in Brussels is seeking a Technical Lead Backend Developer to lead a development team while contributing hands-on backend work on core business applications. You will ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions and drive engineering excellence.

You will shape coding standards, mentor engineers, oversee CI/CD and DevOps, and collaborate closely with project managers, analysts, and product owners in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of .NET / .NET Core, incl. .NET 8+.
• REST APIs and Entity Framework Core experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with Oracle 19+ and SQL Server 2016+.
• Secure development practices and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with Apache ecosystem and Java-based solutions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and Agile environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French; English is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and promote development standards, best practices, and DevOps.
• Conduct and supervise code reviews.
• Coach and support developers and resolve complex technical issues.
