Nexeo is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for its Payments team in Brussels. The role focuses on Instant Payments, SEPA, and cross-functional delivery bridging business with IT and Operations. You will drive requirements from inception to implementation in a complex, regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, IT squads, and Operations, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring regulatory alignment. Strong analytical thinking and independent ownership are essential.

• Experience with SEPA and Instant Payments in banking projects.
