Nexeo is a consultancy supporting banking, finance and insurance. We are seeking an Expert Business Analyst to lead governance, risk coordination and stakeholder management across remediation projects in a multilingual environment.

You will document requirements, ensure traceability and drive continuous improvement in Financial Security processes. Join Nexeo to work in an international setting, engage with risk leads and delivery teams, and contribute to governance reporting and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in business analysis, stakeholder management and governance.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Financial Security, KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions or Compliance is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Office and Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, coordinate and monitor Financial Security risk items throughout their lifecycle.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements related to remediation plans and governance activities.
• Assess impacts, dependencies and risks while ensuring timely escalation of critical issues.
• Ensure action plans address root causes and provide sustainable remediation solutions.
• Maintain complete traceability of requirements, decisions and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across remediation lifecycle and facilitate governance sessions.
