Satellit SRL is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support its asset management digitalization programme in Belgium. You will map and standardize maintenance and safety workflows, gather needs into implementable requirements, and define data models for enterprise asset-management tools.

You will translate business needs into testable requirements, validate IT specs, and support adoption with training and change management.

Qualifications

Five+ years of professional experience as a business analyst on operational or IT projects.
2) Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
3) Experience with process modelling and information modelling techniques.
4) Strong communication for stakeholders at multiple levels and end-user training.

Responsabilités

Create and refine process maps; lead workshops to redesign workflows for efficiency, quality and safety.
2) Elicit stakeholder needs; structure into prioritized requirements and convert to epics and user stories.
3) Bridge business and IT; question assumptions; approve functional specifications.
4) Design business information models; define data elements and relationships.
5) Plan and execute validation activities for software releases; provide test evidence and post-deployment support.
6) Produce end-user training materials and run sessions; contribute to change management for adoption.
7) Promote harmonization of processes across units for repeatable system implementations.
