Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong communication with operational employees, management and IT professionals.
• Professional English, with understanding of Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Start from the business and its processes, identifying challenges and needs.
• Analyze current workflows to define as-is and to-be states.
• Translate insights into clear business requirements and process designs.
