BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Auditor in Namur to lead complex audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. You will translate complex financial data into clear insights and guide teams to deliver high-quality working papers.

We value strong technical and client-management skills, fluency in Dutch or French and English, and curiosity. Through the BDO Academy we offer ongoing training and flexible working arrangements to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering; financial-economic qualifications are an asset.
• At least 2 years of audit experience with strong technical and client management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English; additional languages are valued.

Responsabilités

• Oversee complex audit projects - Be the go-to person for your audit clients and take the lead in challenging audits. Use your analytical skills to help them see the bigger picture of their business.
• Build strong client relationships - Tell clients what they need to hear and establish professional yet personal relationships.
• Deliver technical excellence - Develop solid audit procedures, prepare detailed working papers, and meet high professional standards.
• Guide colleagues - Share knowledge with junior colleagues and build leadership abilities.
