Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering; additional financial-economic qualifications are a strong asset
• At least 2 years of audit experience with strong technical and client management skills
• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex audit projects and lead audit engagements
• Build strong client relationships and communicate findings clearly
• Deliver technical excellence by designing robust audit procedures and working papers
• Guide junior colleagues and share knowledge to develop technical skills
• Stay ahead of the curve through BDO Academy and external training
