ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking an experienced Front-end Developer to build sophisticated user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver responsive, accessible experiences and integrate with APIs and backend services.

The role emphasizes applying security best practices, conducting unit/integration tests, and leading a frontend team to maintain high code quality and architectural standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience developing SPAs with Angular and TypeScript.
• 5 years of experience with development and DevSecOps tooling (Git, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD like Jenkins or Bamboo).
• 3 years of experience with front-end monitoring tools (Dynatrace Real User Monitoring, Azure Application Insights).
• 3 years of experience as technical lead of a front-end development team, including front-end architecture and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop front-end features using modern frameworks (e.g. Angular).
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces based on UX/UI designs.
• Integrate front-end components with APIs and back-end services.
• Apply security best practices (input validation, authentication/authorisation, secure handling of data).
• Perform unit and integration testing; debug and fix issues.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
