Be Consultancy Group BV is seeking a Senior Front-End Angular Developer for our European Institutions project in Brussels, Belgium. EU candidates are welcome; candidates must be based in Brussels or relocate. A work permit is required but not provided. Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining Angular applications, analyzing requirements, and mentoring junior developers. Portfolio of relevant work is required to demonstrate expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT.
• 5+ years in Front-End development.
• 3+ years with Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Strong UX understanding and design system knowledge.
• Experience with UI libraries such as Angular Material or PrimeNG.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain applications per specs and best practices.
• Requirements analysis; create models and technical specs.
• Build prototypes and investigate technical solutions.
• Assist project manager with task estimates and deliverables.
• Participate in working groups and progress meetings.
• Develop unit and integration test suites and plans.
• Define and integrate components or applications.

• Assist business users and deployments; provide 3rd level support.
• Coach and support less skilled developers.

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Angular Developer for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications in accordance with specifications and technical best practices
  
• Requirements analysis;
  
• Create process and data models, draw up technical specifications, build prototypes;
  
• Investigate technical solutions which meet a list of requirements and standards;
  
• Assist the project manager in making proposals for the definition of tasks, estimates and deliverables;
  
• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings;
  
• Develop unit and integration test suites, plans and programs;
  
• Define and integrate technological components or applications;
  
• Produce technical and user documentation;
  
• Assist business users of the system;
  
• Assist with deployment and configuration of the system;
  
• Take part in application support by investigating issues (3rd level support etc.);
  
• Coach and support less skilled developers;
  

Profile:

• +8 years of IT experience;
  
• +5 years of experience in Front-End development;
  
• +3 years of experience in Angular, HTML, CSS, Typescript;
  
• Solid understanding of UX best practices and design systems (such as Material Design);
  
• Experience with Angular and UI libraries such as Angular Material or PrimeNG;
  
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and SQL would be a plus;
  
• The candidate must present a portfolio with relevant work;
