You will work on Angular-based applications, ensure UX quality, and contribute to design systems and documentation. Fluent English is required and a Brussels base is preferred.

The role involves collaboration with project managers, delivering robust frontend solutions, and guiding junior developers. A work permit is assumed; relocation to Brussels may be needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in Front-End development.
• 3+ years of Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices and design systems.
• Experience with Angular Material or PrimeNG.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and SQL is a plus.
• Portfolio of relevant work.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Angular Developer for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Brussels or willing to relocate to Brussels. A work permit is required, but not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications in accordance with specifications and technical best practices

• Assist the project manager in making proposals for the definition of tasks, estimates and deliverables;

• Produce technical and user documentation;
  
• Assist business users of the system;
  
• Assist with deployment and configuration of the system;
  
• Take part in application support by investigating issues (3rd level support etc.);

Profile:

• Experience with Angular and UI libraries such as Angular Material or PrimeNG;

• The candidate must present a portfolio with relevant work;
