Job summary

VeroTech BV is hiring a Senior AI Transformation Project Manager to lead AI-driven digital transformations across multiple industries. You will bridge business needs with technical constraints and guide ROI-driven proposals through to deployment.

You’ll coordinate with IT and data stakeholders, shape architecture, and drive industrialization, deployment, and user support while nurturing cross‑functional collaboration and growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering digitalization and transformation projects, ideally at a senior level.
• Experience managing AI projects from requirements to deployment.
• Ability to present structured proposals with ROI across departments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and AI architecture is a plus.
• Bilingual French and English required.

• Structure project proposals and present ROI while capturing lessons learned.

About the role

As a VeroTech consultant, you will lead AI-driven digital transformation initiatives, from identifying needs through to operational deployment. You work with various departments to qualify use cases, structure proposals and support decision-making based on the expected ROI.

You coordinate with IT teams and data stakeholders to define a suitable architecture, address technical constraints and support the industrialization of the selected solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business needs, follow up on AI initiatives and conduct interviews with the various departments
• Structure project proposals, present the associated ROI and capture lessons learned
• Lead POCs for the use cases selected by the departments
• Coordinate the definition of the architecture with the IT teams, taking data constraints into account
• Support industrialization, tool deployment and user support

What we're looking for

You are an experienced project manager, comfortable in digital transformation contexts and able to bridge business needs, technical constraints and user adoption.

• Proven experience managing digitalization and transformation projects, ideally at a senior level
• Experience managing AI projects, from defining requirements through to deployment
• Ability to work with multiple departments and present structured proposals with ROI
• Knowledge of infrastructure and AI architecture is a plus
• Bilingual French and English required
