Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Product Engineer (AI-Native) to own features end-to-end, from problem discovery to production. You will work with AI agents as primary development partners in a remote, international team, shaping how AI-first software is built and integrated with external providers.

Responsibilities include defining integration requirements, guiding architecture, and reviewing AI-generated implementations for reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with end-to-end ownership of complex production systems.
• Backend engineer or software architect with strong technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents as part of daily development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from problem to production, with no reliance on detailed specs.
• Independently identify what to build and drive initiatives forward.
• Collaborate with external partners and define technical integration requirements.
• Work with AI agents to create specifications and review outputs for quality and reliability.
• Delegate tasks to AI agents and critically review their production code.
• Evaluate AI-generated implementations and select optimal solutions.
• Test features focusing on reliability of financial transaction systems.
• Take responsibility for architecture, integrations, deployment, and production readiness.
• Contribute to evolving AI-first development processes within the team.
• Stay aligned with emerging agentic development practices.
