GCS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled workflow products in a European context. You will own the product domain, collaborating with users, engineers, and business stakeholders to define strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role offers hybrid work (office 3 days per week) and requires fluency in English. Dutch is advantageous but not essential for this position.

Qualifications

Extensive Product Management experience with ownership of successful products.
Experience working on AI-powered products or building meaningful AI solutions.
Strong product intuition and an excellent understanding of user needs.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
Comfortable working in a transformation programme where processes and structures are still evolving.
Fluent English required. Dutch is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for AI-powered workflow products.
Work closely with engineering teams and AI specialists to bring new capabilities into production.
Partner with business stakeholders and end users to understand needs and identify opportunities.
Define product priorities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Support large-scale adoption initiatives alongside change management teams.
Drive AI-enabled efficiency improvements while laying foundations for more autonomous agent-driven processes.
Oversee product delivery, external partners, and budget considerations.
