DataCamp is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead end-to-end product and platform initiatives, with autonomy to prototype, measure, and iterate using AI-native tooling. You will partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to shape architecture and ship impactful features.

You will work with Claude Code, Codex, LLMs, and AI APIs to raise code quality, build scalable services, and drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software across the stack.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React is a strong plus.
• Startup or early-stage / small-company experience in fast-paced environments.
• AI-native; daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Expert knowledge of modern API design and microservices architecture.

Responsabilités

• Own product or platform projects end-to-end — idea, build, release, measurement, iteration.
• Shape the technical direction of the systems you work on, from architecture through implementation.
• Own the services you ship and keep them scalable, reliable, and observable, including LLM-powered services.
• Raise the bar for technical decisions and architecture across scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Use data, metrics, and user feedback to decide what to build next.
• Grow the engineers around you through mentorship and code review.
