Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Scientist in AI and Biostatistics to develop AI-enabled statistical solutions for pharmaceutical research and manufacturing. You will combine statistical rigour with AI approaches, collaborating across domain experts and technology teams to ensure scalable, validated outcomes.

Role spans Beerse, Leiden, Prague, Maidenhead, Spring House, Raritan and Titusville locations, with emphasis on trustworthiness, traceability and governance in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong statistical modelling, study design and validation knowledge.
• Ability to communicate trade-offs clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled statistical solutions for pharma research and manufacturing.
• Ensure statistical integrity, uncertainty handling and generalisability.
• Design end-to-end architectures for production scientific AI applications.
