Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to enable AI/ML deployments within Biologics Discovery. You will bridge data science with production systems, owning deployment, monitoring, and governance across AI/ML solutions.

Based in Beerse, Belgium, you will collaborate with scientists and partner teams to ensure scalable, reliable AI workflows and agentic capabilities that accelerate scientific discovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience operationalizing and scaling AI/ML in production.
• Strong Python skills for ML workflows.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
• Ensure governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management of ML/AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and partner teams to deploy production-ready AI capabilities.
• Establish reproducible training, evaluation, and deployment patterns.
