Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior ML Engineer for the Biologics Discovery Data Science team. Based at Beerse, Belgium, or other listed locations, you will enable AI/ML solutions to move from development to production, partnering with data scientists and discovery researchers to operationalize models in biologics workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production AI/ML experience.
• Strong Python and data engineering skills.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools and cloud platforms.
• Experience with model registries and experiment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML workflows.
• Enable closed-loop scientific learning by capturing and governing new data for downstream modeling and evaluation.
• Establish deployment, serving, monitoring, access management, and lifecycle management across environments.
• Implement model, data, and workflow versioning with reproducible releases and traceability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to standardize integration patterns between data products and AI/ML workflows.
