LACO is seeking a Senior AI Architect to shape and govern a modern AI ecosystem. You will define AI architectures, drive platform initiatives, and enable adoption of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and ML within a secure, scalable environment.

Your role includes designing enterprise AI architectures, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, and guiding teams on architectural decisions and technology choices in a hybrid Brussels setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, solution, or platform architecture.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MLOps.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Services, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and evolve enterprise AI architectures and platforms.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Support the development of an AI Lab and AI innovation initiatives.
• Define best practices in AI Engineering, MLOps, DevSecOps, and AI Governance.
• Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.
• Guide project teams on architectural decisions and technology choices.
