Accenture Belgium is seeking a Lead or Principal AI Architect to serve as the technical authority on enterprise AI architectures across client engagements. You will own end-to-end AI platforms, spanning generative AI, agentic systems, and classical ML, aligning design with business strategy and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions across agentic, generative, and classical ML on cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in LLM and Generative AI spaces.
• Expertise in architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application patterns.
• Deep experience in engineering, ML, DL, and NLP solutions and applications.
• Multiple years as a machine architect delivering large-scale data and analytics systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to shape the enterprise AI strategy and translate business goals into a technical vision.
• Lead enterprise AI assessments and build implementation roadmaps that sequence investments for lasting competitive advantage.
• Own the complete end-to-end technical solution for complex AI platforms ensuring cohesion with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Translate governing architecture principles into defensible technical solutions for domain teams to build against.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept using emerging tech to de-risk decisions and prove value early.
• Set architectural direction for multi-agent ecosystems and memory, tool/skill use, with a registry-bound AI Gateway.
• Define memory as a first-class service and manage prompts, context windows, and conversational state.
• Define foundation model and inference strategy including fine-tuning and cost/latency-aware routing.
• Oversee security, governance, observability, and performance across domains.
