Koda Tech in Belgium seeks a Senior AI Engineer to drive end-to-end AI initiatives, including Generative AI, LLMs, ML and AI-driven automation, shaping the organisation's AI strategy.

You will lead projects, mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable AI systems from data to deployment. This role offers opportunities to influence AI strategy and work across business-critical projects with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial experience as an AI Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ML, DL, Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience delivering AI-powered applications in production.
• Experience across the full AI development lifecycle.
• Strong Python programming skills with modern AI libraries.
• Experience deploying AI in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps, monitoring and AI governance.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimise AI/ML solutions for production.
• Build Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Develop scalable AI architectures and integrate solutions into workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the AI lifecycle from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and promote best practices.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product and Business teams.
