Job summary

Capgemini Belgium seeks an ADAS Project Manager to lead end-to-end readiness and deployment of automated driving programmes in Europe. You will drive cross-functional integration across engineering, operations, privacy, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will translate EU regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU Data Act, EU AI Act, UN-R171) into coordinated actions, oversee road-test operations, and manage vehicle-data pipelines with privacy-by-design principles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in programme or project management in automotive/ADAS
• Working knowledge of AD/ADAS systems, safety concepts, validation methodologies
• Experience coordinating EU regulatory compliance (GDPR, Data Act, AI Act, UN-R171) across functions
• Hands-on experience building and managing controlled road-test operations and data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end readiness and operations for automated driving programmes across Europe
• Translate EU market, regulatory, safety, and performance needs into actionable delivery plans
• Design and oversee controlled road-test operations including permits, fleet coordination, and privacy-by-design
• Drive vehicle-data collection and cloud-data operations with proper access controls
• Communicate progress to senior management and facilitate technical working sessions
