Job summary

Securitas is seeking a lead for technical teams to drive operational excellence in a high-tech security environment. You will help manage contracts, onboarding, and ongoing service performance, coordinating across Sales, Project Management, and Operations.

A strong customer focus, bilingual capabilities, and ITIL fundamentals are essential. The role offers development opportunities in a global security organization with advanced technologies.

Qualifications

Bilingual in NL/FR or FR/NL – NL/ENG – FR/ENG.
Ability to lead without formal authority and negotiate.
At least 1 year of experience in Project/Service/Contract/Account Management.

Responsibilities

Set up maintenance plans and the financial framework of contracts.
Coordinate handover with Sales and PM for smooth client transitions.
Implement and manage contracts within CSM and ERP tools.
Participate in daily operations including incident and change control.
Handle client onboarding and lead kick-off meetings.
Monitor and evaluate service levels monthly.
Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and SMO Manager.
