Job summary

NVISO is hiring a Senior Security Operations Engineering Manager to grow the SOE practice, win work, and lead senior delivery. You will own revenue targets, build client relationships, and guide proposals and delivery across defense, energy, and finance sectors. You will report to the Solution Lead for SOE and collaborate with the CEN Service Line Lead.

Your role combines technical leadership in SOC and SIEM with strong business development and people management across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in cyber security with a strong SOC background.
• At least three years in business development, sales, or commercially oriented consulting.
• Experience delivering complex professional-services engagements including proposals, SOWs or tenders.
• Strong understanding of SOC operating models, SOC management, SIEM and detection engineering.
• Fluent business English and professional fluency in French or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Owning the SOE revenue target and sales pipeline, including new business and account expansion.
• Building customer relationships and leading proposals, SOWs and tenders with partners.
• Managing delivery quality, staffing, utilisation, profitability and delivery risk with team leaders.
• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex customer and delivery matters.
• Providing functional leadership to team leaders and consultants with 6+ years of experience.
• Coaching experienced consultants and contributing to performance and career development.
• Bringing customer and delivery feedback to the Solution Lead for portfolio development.
