NVISO is a Europe-wide cyber-security consultancy delivering governance, risk, and incident response services. You will join a team that blends hands-on operations with strategic advisory to strengthen client security postures.

The role focuses on end-to-end security operations, roadmapping, posture monitoring, and governance, requiring strong IT knowledge, GDPR awareness, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or CS.
• 4–7 years in Security Operations or ISMS management.
• Good knowledge of IT environments (network, applications, cloud, AI).
• Strong understanding of IT and security control frameworks; GDPR familiarity.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Have end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of security operations: plan, organize, evaluate and improve (internal) information security services, controls, policies and procedures.
• Define NVISO’s internal security roadmap and coordinate implementation.
• Monitor security posture and maintain robust internal security hygiene.
• Assess new business requirements on security posture and support mitigations.
• Document and maintain security processes and governance action plans.
• Own security governance and strategy with leadership steering committees.
