EMW in Brussels, Belgium seeks a Principal Project Manager with NATO SECRET clearance to oversee complex IT initiatives within the NATO, NCIA and related environments. The role requires managing project scope, budget, and schedules in a high-security setting, with travel to The Hague and other Belgian locations as needed.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams under the Head Project Management Office, ensuring governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment while delivering value to sponsors

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years post-related experience.
• Formal Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP) or demonstrated equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of NATO policies, procurement and governance.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and manage assigned projects per NATO regulations.
• Develop procurement strategies, business cases and funding approaches.
• Ensure QA functions for capability and services delivery.
• Lead and coordinate project teams; manage resources and milestones.
• Maintain realistic project plans and regular stakeholder communications.
• Support PM-related activities across teams and contribute to process improvements.
