Wlgroup in Belgium is seeking a proactive PMO coordinator for a full-time on-site role in Braine-l'Alleud, near Brussels. You will bridge engineering, management and suppliers, keeping plans, trackers and reports aligned with reality.

You’ll coordinate milestones, manage action closures, produce management dashboards and ensure governance through meetings and minutes. Strong English writing and a solid grasp of technical concepts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical projects in a PMO, delivery team or equivalent.
• Confident with planning & tracking tools and reporting to management.
• Habit of chasing actions to closure without being asked twice.
• Clear written English for documentation relied on by others.
• Sufficient technical literacy to engage with engineers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate planning, monitoring of technical projects, tracking milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, management and stakeholders, and follow up until issues are closed.
• Build and maintain project documentation—plans, schedules, action trackers, risk/issue registers, status reports and minutes.
• Monitor progress against the plan and surface delays, risks and dependencies early.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards and presentations that clearly show progress, risk and decisions needed.
• Organise project meetings, workshops and governance activities, from agenda to follow-up.
