Elia Group is seeking a Secure Environment System Support Engineer to join the IT-TI Data & App Support team. You will deploy and support in-house applications on Windows IIS and SQL, and expand knowledge to Linux deployments within a secure NM10 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Linux-based applications, ensuring health and logs are monitored.
• Extensive Windows Server administration experience including IIS deployments.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell to streamline ops workloads.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery.
• Understanding firewalls and network load balancing concepts in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with identity providers and secure authentication/authorization processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist day-to-day tasks to deploy and update in-house apps in acceptance/production (Windows IIS & SQL).
• Design and deploy new applications in acceptance and production environments; analyze requirements.
• Work with Active Directory and identity providers to meet auth requirements.
• Interface with IT clients and perform second-line issue troubleshooting.
• Configure and manage F5 VIPs for web applications.
• Support core apps like RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, and other shared tech.
