Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT security and systems engineer to design and validate secure architectures for NATO/NCIA compliant environments. The role supports Windows and Linux servers, application integration, and identity provider integration.

You will lead threat modeling, manage risk, and coordinate with vendors and NCIA/NATO teams to ensure secure operations and compliant deployments across cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of end-user devices and servers in mixed environments.
• Experience with security directives and NATO NCIA requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT deployments and operations.
• Fluency in English with French beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design and run proofs of concept with evidence-based recommendations.
• Define secure-by-design architectures and review service designs.
• Lead threat modeling and track mitigations in risk register.
• Support deployment and integration of server apps and identity providers.
• Monitor performance and provide KPI reports.
• Coordinate with NCIA, NATO and vendors on security compliance.
