ITS Group Benelux in Belgium is seeking a Medior to Senior Application Support Engineer to join the Data & Application Support team. You will deploy and support in‑house applications across Acceptance and Production, focusing on Windows Server, IIS, SQL‑based apps, and Linux RedHat environments.

You will contribute to deployment architectures, perform second/third‑line troubleshooting, document processes, and partake in DRP/BCP activities, with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Proven recent experience supporting applications on Linux RedHat.
• Strong expert‑level experience with Windows Server 2012–2022.
• Good knowledge of IIS management and website/application deployments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with application deployment in Acceptance and Production environments.
• Good understanding of troubleshooting, monitoring, logs and system health.
• Knowledge of MS SQL.
• Understanding of firewalls, authentication and load balancing concepts.
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• French or Dutch native level, with good understanding of the other national language.
• English required for documentation and international meetings.
• Driver’s license and availability for duty role.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and update in-house applications in Acceptance and Production environments.
• Support application environments mainly based on Windows Server, IIS and SQL.
• Work on application deployments and server setup for new applications.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting for application and infrastructure‑related incidents.
• Configure and support load balancing concepts, including F5 VIPs.
• Contribute to DRP and BCP documentation, validation and execution.
• Support shared technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB or similar middleware.
• Monitor application health, logs, performance and system availability.
• Maintain operating and installation documentation.
• Collaborate with internal IT stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Participate in a 24/7 duty role rotation.
