Elia is seeking a Secure Environment System Support Engineer to join the Data and Application Support team in Belgium. You will deploy applications in secure environments and manage essential middleware, including messaging and caching layers, while collaborating with IT clients and identity providers.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment in acceptance and production environments, server architecture support, and a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Windows Server (2012-2022).
• Experience deploying and maintaining middleware in secure environments.
• Strong know-how of identity providers and Active Directory.
• Experience with modern IT operations and incident management.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and update applications in acceptance and production environments.
• Assist in server architecture for new application deployments.
• Work with Active Directory and identity providers.
• Serve as a contact point for IT clients.
• Configure F5 load balancing for web applications.
• Implement core applications like RabbitMQ and Redis Cache.
• Maintain operational and installation documentation.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call service every 6 weeks.
