Job summary

5th floor is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to grow within an agile environment and contribute to the agile transformation in a public administration. You will lead Scrum events daily and facilitate collaboration within the team.

You will coach the team in adopting agile values, help the team and the PO focus on business value, identify problems, organise workshops, and share expertise through peer coaching with other Scrum Masters.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented with strong collaboration and initiative.
• Fluent French with passive English understanding.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset.
