Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Tribe Scrum Master for a client-site consultancy engagement. You will represent Keystone Solutions and drive agile delivery within the MyConsumption tribe, coordinating with Delivery Manager, squads, and Product Owners to maximize business value.

Required are 5+ years of experience, Scrum Master certification, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in agile delivery
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, etc.)
• Proficiency with agile reporting tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with end-to-end delivery workflow (ideation to deployment)
• Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management is preferable
• Experience in regulated financial environments (GDPR, banking regulations) is a plus
• Hands-on exposure to project delivery or product ownership in regulated settings is preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle complex stakeholder conflicts of interest
• Ability to maintain an overview across intertribe dependencies
• Influence to promote agile practices at the tribe level and beyond
• Language: English + Dutch or French (passive other)
• 50% on-site and 50% homeworking

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Tribe Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate the delivery of highly customer-exposed digital products (such as web and mobile applications) within the MyConsumption tribe, ensuring precise planning in collaboration with the Delivery Manager and seamless coordination across multiple business lines, internal teams, and external partners.
• Act as the central catalyst for a smooth, efficient flow between business and IT teams, aligning both sides to work as one tribe and consistently deliver the highest business value.
• Report directly to the IT Tribe Lead and work closely with multiple squads, Business Tribe Lead, and Product Owners.
• Facilitate communication, coordination, and cooperation among various stakeholders in the tribe.
• Assist the tribe in delivering their goals by ensuring a smooth environment and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Help the tribe to self-organize and self-manage, reinforcing scrum and agile practices within the tribe.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, etc.).
• Proficiency with agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with the end-to-end delivery workflow (ideation, exploration, refining, delivering, implementation, and deployment).
• Knowledge of standard IT processes (Change Management, Release Management) is preferable.
• Proven knowledge of the financial services sector (e.g., banking, personal finance, payments).
• Experience with IT constraints and compliance requirements in highly regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, banking-specific regulations, security standards).
• Hands-on exposure to project delivery or product ownership within a regulated financial institution is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cope with complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
• Ability to adopt a helicopter view to identify and resolve present and future intertribe dependencies.
• Significant influence to promote agile practice at the tribe level and beyond; typically an experienced profile who can take the role of guild lead scrum master.
• Language requirements: English and active knowledge of at least one local language (Dutch or French) with passive knowledge of the other.
• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
