2ScaleUp is seeking a skilled Scrum Master in Brussels to support IT projects using Agile methodology. You will coach teams and help integrate Agile principles into their workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in large IT organizations, proficient in Dutch or French, and must excel in customer-oriented problem solving. Key responsibilities include managing large projects and collaborating with other scrum masters to enhance Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or French with good knowledge of the other language.
• Over 3 years of experience in large IT organizations.
• Project Management for large and complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Support and coach project teams in Agile principles.
• Manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Overview

For one of our clients in Insurance sector we are looking for a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

The scrum master has strong experience in IT projects and, to work on specific IT projects following Agile methodology, has to support and coach his project team(s) and/or other scrum masters, helping them to integrate Agile approach and principles in their way of working.

Qualifications

Personal Skills

• Dutch or French but very good knowledge of the other language
• Customer and solution oriented
• Good capacity for planning & organisation
• Ability to take an helicopter view
• Team player
• Coaching skills

Business experience required (>3 years)

• Experience within large IT organisation
• Experience in projects with both waterfall and agile methodologies

Functional experience required (>3 years)

• Project Management for large and complex projects
• Agile methodologies : Scrum and Kanban
