Tekst is shaping the next era of Process Intelligence for AI agents, trusted by global brands. We seek a Software Engineer to own the core platform, scale processing from millions to tens of millions of events per day, and drive high-impact automations across back-office workflows.

You will work in a modern microservice architecture on AWS, mentor teammates, and contribute to end-to-end solutions that give AI agents the right context to perform reliably. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with microservices and AWS deployment.
• Scale mindset and experience with high-volume data.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with product/design teams.
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML systems or process automation.

Responsabilités

• Scale platform to handle millions to tens of millions of events per day.
• Own and improve the platform features used by global enterprises to automate complex processes.
• Architect within a modern microservice architecture deployed on AWS.
• Join a team that owns end-to-end automation and ensures AI agents have the right context to perform reliably.
• Mentor and lead engineers to maintain high engineering standards as the team grows.
