Job summary

La Fosse in Belgium is seeking SAP SuccessFactors consultants at Junior through Senior Manager levels to join a leading consulting practice delivering HR transformation projects.

You will work on Employee Central, Time Tracking and Payroll, support HR strategy and cloud HR technology adoption, and develop consulting expertise within a collaborative team. Based in Belgium or able to work there is preferred, with Monday office presence and flexibility on remote days depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting or client-side environment.
• Exposure to one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Interest in HR transformation and cloud-based HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR transformation projects.
• Support clients with their HR strategy, processes and technology transformation.
• Gain exposure to modules like Employee Central, Time Tracking and Payroll.
• Get involved in cloud-based HR and payroll solutions.
• Work within a broader transformation environment, with opportunities to explore emerging technologies, including AI.
• Develop consulting expertise within an established, collaborative team.
