EPI-USE Benelux is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to lead Time workstreams on international HR transformation projects. You will configure Time Off and Time Tracking, manage accruals, schedules and approvals, and ensure strong integration with payroll.

Join a senior practice delivering mostly remote projects, with a hybrid work option and certifications funded as part of your growth path. English fluency and Benelux/EU residence are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience as a functional consultant.
• Proven configuration experience in Time Off or Time Tracking, from design through go-live.
• A solid foundation in Employee Central and how it connects to Time.
• Fluent English, plus Dutch or French for Benelux clients.
• Based in Benelux, or elsewhere in the EU for remote delivery, and ready to work hybrid.

What do you bring?
