Job summary

La Fosse is seeking SAP SuccessFactors consultants in Belgium for permanent roles, from Junior to Senior Manager, to work on HR transformation programmes and cloud HR solutions.

You will gain exposure to Employee Central, Time Tracking and Payroll while supporting clients with HR strategy and technology transformation. French or Dutch language skills and Belgian-based work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors in consulting or client-side roles.
• Exposure to one or more SuccessFactors modules.
• Interest in HR transformation and cloud HR technology.
• Based in Belgium or eligible to work there.
• Experience or certification in Time Tracking or Payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR transformation projects.
• Support clients with HR strategy, processes and technology transformation.
• Gain exposure to Employee Central, Time Tracking and Payroll modules.
• Collaborate within a broader transformation environment and with the team.
